Types of Information We Collect
We may collect personal information from you which can be used to identify you such as your name, address, date of birth, email address, telephone number, and people in the family group.  We also hold the name, email, and address of the parent/guardian if you are a young person.

Information will be collected:
  • When you register with us.
  • When your personal information changes or is updated (such as change of address)

You credit card information is being processed directly by the payment processor and Waking up weekend doesn't store your card information at their end.

What we do with your information
We hold personal details and use this for internal record keeping. We do not sell your information to third parties. The confidentiality of your personal information is of the utmost importance to us and we comply with the Data Protection Laws and all the confidentiality guidelines issued by professional bodies.

Data Retention
As we are processing your data to comply with our legal obligation to provide services we also have an obligation to retain your personal information. All our staff have a legal duty to respect the confidential information we hold about you and each member of staff’s access to your information is restricted to what is needed for their role.
